ABUNDANCES Systems Inc. is an AI automation agency. We build and operate bespoke AI infrastructure for our partners. The data controller responsible for your information is ABUNDANCES Systems Inc., reachable at hello@abundances.ai.
We collect three categories of data:
When we build and run AI systems for a partner, we may process data that belongs to that partner (e.g., CRM records, internal communications, business documents). This data is handled under a separate partnership agreement and is siloed by partner — never shared, never used to train models for other clients.
We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly subscribe.
We process your data based on one or more of the following legal grounds: your consent (e.g., booking form submission), the performance of a contract (e.g., delivering services you've engaged), our legitimate interests (e.g., responding to inquiries, operating our business), and legal obligations (e.g., tax records, security incident response).
The chat interface on our website may use AI to generate responses. Conversations with the chat are processed by Anthropic (the provider of the Claude language model) under their terms. We do not retain or use your chat conversations to train AI models. If we were to make any decision with significant legal effect using automated processing alone, you would be informed in advance and given the right to human review under Law 25 and GDPR.
We share data only with trusted service providers strictly necessary to operate our business:
Each of these providers is bound by data protection agreements. We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.
Some of our service providers are located outside of Quebec, Canada, or the EU. When personal information is transferred outside your jurisdiction, we use legally recognized safeguards (such as the Standard Contractual Clauses for EU data, and Law 25 transfer impact assessments for Quebec data).

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS), access controls, regular security reviews, and isolation of partner data. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously.
Our website does not use marketing or tracking cookies. We use Plausible Analytics, which is explicitly cookieless. The only browser storage we use is session storage to remember if the cinematic intro has already played in your current session.
Our services are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will post the updated version on this page and update the "Effective" date at the top. For partners, we will also notify you directly.
